Stella Maris is a simple house, but designed with the heart: here everything is ready to make you feel at ease, just like at home.
The house, which is spread over two levels, between the ground floor and the first floor, is a welcoming home ready to accommodate up to five people.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable open space living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing and enjoying your meals in company; the living area is completed by a comfortable French sofa bed useful for accommodating additional guests. The living area is also served by a bathroom equipped with all comforts.

Going up to the upper floor you enter the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom overlooking a lovely balcony. The armchair, present in the bedroom and convertible into a single bed, offers an additional possibility of overnight stay, without sacrificing comfort. Also on this floor there is a comfortable bathroom with window and shower, to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.

Apartment Services

To ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning, iron, clothes horse and flat-screen TV for pleasant relaxing evenings.

You will also find sheets and a set of bathroom towels, to make your stay pleasant and carefree. We also guarantee a change of linen once a week for stays longer than 10 days.

Linen Change

For stays longer than 10 days, the linen change service is free once a week. Upon request, it is possible to request a second weekly change at a cost of €20.
